Shipments and returns

Shipping
Parcels are usually dispatched 2 -3  weeks after payment reception.
 
International orders are shipped via certified mail and take between 5 and 30 days to arrive, depending on the country of delivery.
Shipping cost includes packaging, handling and postage fees. All postage are certified, if you don't want certified postage, send an email and we can discuss prices.

Postages over 50 euros will be free.

Returns
If you receive the wrong item or the merchandise is faulty, nonseminiatures will replace or refund your order at no cost to you. To return any items, email us at info@nonseminiatures.com with your contact details as well as your order number and we will guide you through the returns process.

Missing parts
If you receive a blister or box with missing or faulty model parts, email us at info@nonsenseminiatures.com including all this information:

• Product reference code (format XXXX-XXX and name)
• Fault description
• Pictures of the packaging
• Contact details (Name, full address, Country and email)

Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us as promptly as possible at info@nonsenseminiatures.com.

Customers under 18
Our merchandise frequently contains small parts and/or is made of metal, so it can be toxic if swallowed. As a result, nonsenseminiatures has a policy against selling to customers under 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you will need parental approval.
